Why this post?
To provide an extensive list of evidence that identifies the mark of the beast.
Introduction
This marks the toughest post to date. (You see what I did there? :) )
The mark of the beast has raised its head across the ages. So much have been written on this that one would think the matter settled, but it’s not.
It has taken me a long time to process this information and what I have come to accept is not commonly known.
This post assumes the reader is familiar with the beast I’ve written about.
In the hand AND/OR forehead
This one is easy.
By now, the reader should be very aware that prophecy is all about symbolism. The mark is NOT something physical. It is not a chip that gets implanted. It is not Elon’s Neuralink. It is not 666 (which in this post refers to the number of the beast’s name).
The hand and the forehead refers to what you do and what you believe, respectively. But, as always, let the Bible explain itself:
Rev 13:16 notes that: “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, OR in their foreheads:”
Thus, the beast requires its mark to be in the hand OR the forehead. Everyone will either have to do as it says or believe as it says.
Interestingly, God expects BOTH. The old testament mentions that the Law should be in the hand AND the forehead several times:
Exodus 13:9 "And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, AND for a memorial between thine eyes, that the Lord's law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the Lord brought thee out of Egypt."
Exodus 13:16 "And it shall be for a token upon thine hand, AND for frontlets between thine eyes: for by strength of hand the Lord brought us forth out of Egypt."
Deuteronomy 6:8 "And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, AND they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes."
Deuteronomy 11:18 "Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart AND in your soul, AND bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes."
To me it seems obvious that the only time hand and forehead is mentioned is in relation to the Law, why would the beast then not also relate their mark to the Law?
God refers to the hand AND the forehead in the context of the Law and later the beast shall do something similar. Clearly, this is not something physical. The issue here is whether one aligns with the beast or one aligns with God. Seems that we will have two options:
If we do or believe as the beast wants, we are marked as being aligned with it;
OR, if we do AND believe what God wants, we are sealed to be aligned with Him, and thus against the beast.
It’s about being a SIGN of who you worship or align with. It’s not anything physical, even though some Jews do think so (I have no doubt that the intention is pure):

It is interesting that the beast requires the mark need only be one of the two, so it will require people to do as it says, or believe as it says. It doesn’t care about both.
The point is that either of those excludes one from God who requires both.
Geneva Bible of 1560
Here’s the first verse in the bible that mentions the mark. It’s Rev 13:16:
Here is comment c:

This was written almost 500 years ago and a lot has happened since then but it’s clear that the mark will be something to do with accepting the Pope’s doctrine.
Establish a law and then enforce it
This one is important.
Revelation 13:15-17 (KJV) "And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."
Give life unto the beast - refers to system where religious doctrine is politically enforceable. This is church and state intertwined. Pagan Rome had this power in the past and Papal Rome will get it again.
Speak - This refers to creating law.
Cause - This refers to enforcing the law.
Those are two separate events. There will be a time when the beast will create a law and then another when it will enforce it (through its allies).
Logical analysis
Let’s perform a basic and logical analysis on what the Mark could be.
The beast has been chosen by the dragon since Jesus’ day. It’s executing what it's directed to do. We know that at the end they both, along with the false prophet, will be cast into the lake of fire (Rev 20:10).
We know that the dragon does exactly the opposite of what God wants. We know that the most primal list of what God commands are the ten found in Exodus. We also know that God require us to both do and believe as He intends.
The dragon have always attacked the law and the commandments and thus it is not unreasonable to assume that the dragon will want the beast to enforce something related to the law or the ten commandments. Satan is likely to use some sort of distorted version of this list of ten to deceive all.
If you feel this is jumping to conclusions, go and read the verses up top again. Ex 13:9, Ex 13:16, Deut 6:8 and Deut 11:18 all referred to the hand AND the forehead in the context…
OF THE LAW.
There are ONLY 5 places where the Bible refers to something being in the hand or forehead. The first 4 is related to God and His law, and the last is the beast and its mark, thus these two are related. If God refers to the law then the beast’s mark will do so as well.
Please pause a moment to take that in…
Testing the commandments
The reader might violently disagree to the above conclusion, but allow me the rest of the page to unpack evidence after evidence after evidence.
Let’s continue to unpack each of the commandments.
The first four commandments are around worshipping Him. The remaining six is all about man. Jesus said that the commandments all rose from the law of loving God and loving man (Matt 22:36-40, Mark 12:28-31).
Please note the distinction between the Law and the Commandments. The Law is to love God and love thigh neighbour. The Commandments is how we know to achieve that, or as Paul said several times, how you sin by trespassing it.
Let’s consider the last six. If the beast is to enforce a law as the mark and let’s say it’s around the 6th “though shall not kill”. This one is already a law so there is nothing to gain here. What if it enforces a law that we must kill? That does not make sense. The same goes for all of those six. More importantly, those are all about man.
We know that Jesus was tempted by the dragon in the desert and the last was to worship it. It has this issue of wanting to be a god and used it to trick Adam and Eve. The dragon wants to steal God’s worship so let’s consider the first four.
The first is around “No other Gods before me”. That could make sense. Anyone who does not believe in God would have to believe in the beast’s god, named the dragon. But it cannot be explicit, else all Christians would refuse. We know this is all about deceiving the very elect (Mat 24:24). So it has to be more nuanced. Most will be happy to worship God as they assume we’re all referring to the same God. There is not an obvious distortion of this commandment that makes it unique to the beast. And there is little evidence to support this.
The second is about “idols”. Even if they enforce a law, many Christians won’t be deceived because they know very well that idolatry opposes the second commandment.
The third is about “name in vain”. We see this so often on mainstream media. If they plan to enforce this, then they would have to prevent mainstream media to stop it.
And so we finally arrive at the fourth.
Keep the Sabbath
Let’s unpack this commandment:
Exodus 20: 8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
It’s the only commandment where we need to NOT forget. I cannot possibly argue this any better than what Claude does. Please give this a read, it is remarkable:
I asked it to consider the entire verse as to its gravity:
I don’t want to pawn this off as my own insight and so I submit Claude’s take on the relationship between this commandment and the mark of the beast. Again, the parallels are remarkable:
I asked whether another commandment could supersede, but it seems unlikely:
Remember
If everyone did remember this commandment we wouldn’t be in the mess we are.
What do the GPTs have to say?
Writing is about re-writing. I tend to research and write these posts far ahead of schedule. Months ago I asked copilot about this. I couldn’t believe my eyes:
The screenshot is un-edited. As clear as day. Months went by and as I got to re-writing, I tried it again:
Something changed, and I am no stranger to content filtering as you already know from this post.
If you consider the cut off line at the bottom of the first screenshot, you will see the words “One, Holy Catholic and…”. This aligns with the most recent response.
Copilot decided to keep those but remove the referral to Sunday. I tried different prompts, but I couldn’t get it to refer to Sunday again.
I then tried the other GPTs and it has to be something specific to Roman Catholicism. Here is what I got from Claude:
And ChatGPT:
And from Meta’s llama:

Clearly, this information is in the public domain for most of the GPTs to identify it.
What else from Papal Rome could be a mark?
I then got the idea to ask each of the big four chat GPTs to analyse what the mark could be in context of the Catholic Church and also note some pros and cons and maybe a confidence. Let’s start at the bottom of the barrel:
I want to see them enforce the sign of the cross across all religions and then upset the remnant. Terrible analysis.
What about copilot?
(The praying hands was a nice touch.)
The Sabbath features twice, which is impressive, but based on confidence it seems that we will have to obey the coin… which we do already :) Ridiculous.
On to the big boys. Chat GPT did a marvellous job:
I didn’t say it…
Then my favourite GPT:
So, given the GPTs and the different questions, it’s certainly not contradicting our logical analysis.
What does Catholicism have to say?
Let me add insult to injury and keep stacking the evidence. These are quotes where Catholic literature combines the Sabbath and the Mark:
Here are just a few quotes that confirm this change was by their hands:
These articles cite a total of 18 Catholic and 14 Protestant quotes all arguing the same thing. I can cite quote after quote after quote.
What does the dictionary say?
From two dictionaries and wiki:

When was this changed?
Emperor Constantine enacted this change to align with the pagan Sun worship day:
Herewith what Reader’s Digest had to say in 1992 about 321 AD:
Reformation
Catholicism raised this at the Council of Trent during the reformation period as evidence against the protestants:
The commandments vs sin
So far, the evidence is leaning towards the Sabbath and perhaps it’s appropriate to have the conversation of whether the commandments really matter.
The wages of sin is death, so let’s consider the law, the commandments and how it relates to sin and how it still applies:
(Technically, it seems the writings were on both sides: one tablet was about love for God and the other love for neighbour.)
The Bible notes that the transgression of the law is sin:
1 John 3:4 - “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.“.
Romans 4:15 - “Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.“.
(I like that John wrote that down, because Paul was one removed from Jesus. Yes, I know, he was blinded by the vision and is close too. :) )
So we know that transgression of he law is sin and that the wages of sin is death. If this is the case, then from when did the commandments exist? Does this only apply to the Israelites and Moses? Or the time of the Bible?
This refers back to Abraham’s time: Genesis 26:5 (KJV) states "Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.";
This refers back to Cain: Genesis 4:9-12, God punishes Cain for murder and lying—violations of the Sixth and Ninth Commandments;
This refers back to Adam and Eve:
Genesis 20:3-9 and Genesis 39:7-9 describe adultery as "a great sin" and a "sin against God." Adultery breaks the Seventh Commandment;
Genesis 3:6-17, God punishes Adam and Eve for their coveting and stealing—breaking the Tenth and Eighth Commandments. They also dishonored Him as their parent, violating the Fifth Commandment;
This refers back to Adam’s entrance: Romans 5:12 - "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned."
It’s clear that the wages of sin is death and that those laws existed prior to creation because sin entered along with Adam. It makes sense because God does not change and Jesus said that love for God and love for man was the law in these verses:
Matthew 22:36-40 (KJV): "Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."
Mark 12:30-31 (KJV): "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these."
Jesus says that Love for God is the first and great commandment and because Jesus existed before this world, clearly this law existed prior to creation.
The apostle Paul tells us what sin is in Romans 7:7: "What shall we say then? Is the law sin?" People think that the law is all wrong; that it's sin. Paul continues, "God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law." In other words, by the law is the knowledge of sin, as Paul had said previously in Romans 3:20.
The law gives you the knowledge of what sin is.
That law is merely love, and love is an outgoing concern, not an incoming lust. It's the way of love. It's the way that love should be expressed — love toward God and love toward neighbour. Trespassing of that law is sin and the commandments is how we are aware of it.
As Paul says, Romans 7:7, "I had not known lust," that is, he wouldn't have known that lust was evil or wrong, "except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet." The law that said, "Thou shalt not covet," taught the apostle Paul that coveting is wrong — harmful — sin. And that is the tenth commandment. So the law that taught that principle is the Ten Commandments! In Romans 7:12, Paul says that "the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
Initially, in the garden, man did not have the knowledge of good and evil and they were specifically forbade to eat of that tree so to protect them: "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof, thou in shalt surely die."
When they ate it, they knew about good and evil and thus took the weight of love and the law upon them. That is, to take to yourself the authority to produce the knowledge of what is good and what is evil — to decide what you think is right and what is wrong, will result in death.
"YOU SHALL NOT SURELY DIE" is the first recorded lie we are aware of. And then Satan sold it "For God doth know that in the day that ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."
Adam and Eve had another god in place of the true God — they obeyed Satan — they broke the first commandment. They dishonoured their only parent. How? In Luke 3:38 Adam is called the "son of God," because God created him. Adam was the son of God by a direct creation. Adam was not God's son by begettal or birth.
Adam not only dishonoured his only parent, but he also broke the tenth commandment. There was lust when the woman saw that it was good for food and desired to make one wise; vanity, egotism and pride entered into her heart.
Right, so the law and commandments existed prior to creation and is not an Old Testament matter. Transgression of the law is sin and the wages thereof is death. If that is the case, how adamant was Jesus about sin?
Here are several examples of where Jesus kept reminding everyone about sin, especially knowing that he was about to die for ours:
Matthew 4:17 (KJV) "From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."
Luke 5:32 (KJV) "I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."
Matthew 9:13 (KJV) "But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."
Luke 13:3 (KJV) "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."
Luke 15:7 (KJV) "I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance."
Matthew 5:48 (KJV) "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
John 5:14 (KJV) "Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee."
John 8:11 (KJV) "She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more."
Grace or law?
The earthly tabernacle is a representation of the one in heaven. The entire system was a typology of the one in heaven. When Jesus died, the sacrificial system ended because He is the ultimate sacrifice, but the applicability of the law, and thus commandments, have not been done away with. It’s in the Ark of the Covenant and is the measure by which we will be judged as I unpacked here.
What is the point of Jesus dying for our sins, if the law does not apply anymore?
Let’s argue this.
If Jesus is complete grace and the law/commandments do not apply anymore then anyone can go around and kill and still end up in heaven because the law and commandments was done away with.
There is also this silly notion that once a child of God, always a child of God. There is no evidence of this recent dogma. The point is to continuously search for his will and become aware of your sins and repent of them as I said before.
But killing is an extreme scenario and it’s easy for us to discern.
What if I steal something? Is that okay? Even the secular world has laws against this.
What if I ask to have your wife?
What about covet?
And so it becomes more difficult to discern.
And then the Sabbath. It’s in the same class as all the others. Why treat it differently?
Jesus is the only way to salvation from the application of the law:
Jesus' own words on the law: Matthew 5:17-18 (KJV): "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."
Jesus explicitly stated that He did not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it. This suggests the law's continuing relevance.
The purpose of the law: Romans 3:20 (KJV): "Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin."
The law serves to reveal our sinfulness and need for a Savior. It remains applicable as a standard of righteousness and a mirror of our fallen state.
Grace and obedience: Romans 6:14-15 (KJV): "For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid."
Being under grace doesn't negate the law's moral standards; rather, it provides the means to fulfill the law's righteous requirements through Christ.
The law written on hearts: Jeremiah 31:33 (KJV): "But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people."
This prophecy, fulfilled in Christ, suggests an internalisation of God's law, not its abolishment.
Jesus as the way: John 14:6 (KJV): "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
Christ is the only means by which we can fulfil the law's righteous requirements and gain salvation, but it most certainly stands.
Jesus was clear in Matthew 5:18 that: "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."
There is no evidence that the applicability of the law has been done away with. BUT, since we accept Jesus, He can wash us from sin to be presented accordingly at the judgement.
Sabbath in the Bible
The Sabbath was applicable before the nation of Israel existed and is not a Jewish institution. God rested on that cycle. The Sabbath, or the seventh, as a holy rest day is noted 198 times in 23 books of the Bible.
Jesus, the Apostles and Paul kept the Sabbath
Paul kept the Sabbath:
Here are a few examples where Paul kept it after Jesus’ ascension:
Acts 13:42 "And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath."
Acts 13:44 "And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God."
Acts 17:2 "And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,"
Acts 18:4 "And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks."
Herewith examples that the apostles kept it after Jesus’ ascension:
Acts 1:12 "Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey."
Acts 13:14 (Peter and companions) "But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down."
Acts 15:21 (James speaking at the Council of Jerusalem) "For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day."
Acts 16:13 (Paul and companions, including Luke) "And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted thither."
Jesus kept the Sabbath:
Luke 4:16 "And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read."
Mark 1:21 "And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught."
Mark 6:2 "And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?"
Luke 13:10 "And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath."
Luke 6:6 "And it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered."
Matthew 12:9-12 "And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue: And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him. And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out?"
Jesus did Godly work on the Sabbath and defended it:
Healing the Man with a Withered Hand - Matthew 12:9-13
Healing the Infirm Woman - Luke 13:10-17
Healing the Man Born Blind - John 9:1-16
Healing the Lame Man at the Pool of Bethesda - John 5:1-18:
Plucking Grain on the Sabbath - Mark 2:23-28:
The ultimate example was His death on the cross and resurrection:
Crucifixion (Friday): Jesus was crucified on the day before the Sabbath, which began at sundown on Friday.
Burial (Friday before sundown): His body was hastily buried before the Sabbath began, as noted in Luke 23:54-56 (KJV): "And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid. And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment."
In the Tomb (Sabbath): Jesus' body rested in the tomb throughout the Sabbath day, from Friday evening to Saturday evening.
Resurrection (Sunday): Jesus rose from the dead early on the first day of the week, Sunday, after the Sabbath had ended. Mark 16:1-2 (KJV) states: "And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun."
We know the law existed prior to creation, we know that the commandments is the way by which we are aware of our sin and the wages of it is death and that Jesus is the solution to the application of death. There is no Biblical evidence that the fourth commandment ever changed, on the contrary, we find evidence that Jesus kept it, even in death. Because we accept Jesus we accept that the law is written on our hearts and thus we choose to obey it, but not because of achievement, but out of love from grace.
Any god can write 9 of the commandments
If you consider the commandments, any god can claim they wrote nine of the ten commandments, but there is one God that claims creation. This makes the fourth commandment very specific.
In those few verses it is clear that we should remember it, honor it and action accordingly. This is thus something that we believe (forehead) AND do (hand) and is the only commandment that ties it up with the mark of the beast in Revelation.
It is abundantly clear that Pagan Rome changed the day to align with Sun worship and if it becomes Papal Rome’s mark, then: “Who do you choose to worship?”
Escape from Egypt was triggered by the Sabbath
THIS ONE SHOCKED ME
The Sabbath featured with literal Israel when they tried to escape from Egyptian captivity. Please see this commentary where the final decree from Pharaoh made it impossible to keep the Sabbath and then the plagues fell:
Let’s consider the Hebrew version of this sentence. Here is Ex 5:5. The orange is from the Hebrew in bold:

Here’s the word used:

So even with literal Israel’s captivity it was an issue. How amazing is that parallel to the final events? It was an issue then and it will be the issue again.
The sun and the tabernacle
The tabernacle was laid out to the west and the entry was on the east which symbolises the sinner turning their back to Sun worship and we know that Sunday was instituted as a form of Sun worship by Pagan Rome:

Is Sunday an issue today?
Can we see any secular developments to institute laws about Sunday? I can show you quote after article after quote that this mission is well underway:

The European Sunday alliance has been pushing this for a long time:
Here is the wiki on the Blue Laws:
Project 2025
Wiki describes Project 2025 as a set of right wing proposals:
Given the recent assassination attempt we see Trump’s popularity rising:

In this article by Martin Armstrong, his model predicts an overwhelming win for Trump in November 2024:
Here are two links to the 922 page Project 2025 document that has a one pager about the Sabbath:
Clearly, the Sunday debate is heating up.
Was this attempted before?
Often, I am humbled on how I stumble on certain evidences. Here are two documents dating back to 1888 when Sunday laws were pushed in the US:
Document 1:
See this section 1:

The final point:
Reference to Rome:
If you really paid attention, you might have noted a Cardinal Gibbons quoting that the Mark is the Sunday - the very first quote under Catholicism above: Here I present:
And another document of the same year:
It will happen again, and the people don’t know it’s coming.
A few years later, in 1961, this happened:
Pope John XXIII Encyclical in 1961 stated: “The Catholic Church has decreed for many centuries that Christians observe this day of rest on Sunday...We exhort, as it were, with the words of God Himself, all men, whether public officials or representatives of management and labor, that they observe this command of God Himself and of the Catholic Church, and judge in their souls that they have a responsibility to God and society in this regard.” —Pope John XXIII Encyclical Mater Et Magistra [Mother and Teacher of Nations]
Note: Only two weeks after the above papal decree, the U.S. Supreme Court, on May 15, 1961, decreed that Sunday laws are not a violation of the U.S. Constitution, thus opening the way for a future national Sunday law. This in spite of the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment which clearly states: “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
Wall Street Journal statement: “Chicago—In a small office, high above this city’s Loop, a bow-tied executive speaks into his telephone in a conspiratorial tone: ‘You line up four leading Catholic laymen, four Protestants and four Jews. Introduce a bill, and I’ll get retailers, unions and educators to fall in behind. Then we’ll get that Sunday closing law....These secretive movements are part of a sharp intensification of the struggle....” —Wall Street Journal, Jan. 1961, p. 1.
They will welcome it as Christian Nationalism and they will have been duped:
1 - Clearly, the US is the second beast;
2 - Clearly, the Catholic agenda is the cause;
3 - Clearly, the Mark is Sun(day) worship.
Geneva Bible 1560
Here’s the first reference to the seventh day:
(a) That is, the innumerable abundance of creatures in heaven and earth.
(*) Exodus 20:11; Exodus 31:17; Deuteronomy 5:14; Hebrews 4:4 .
(b) For he had now finished his creation, but his providence still watcheth over his creatures, and governeth them.
(c) Appointed it to be kept holy, that man might therein consider the excellency of his works and God's goodness toward him.
Then in Exodus 20:
(g) Which is, by meditating the spiritual rest, by hearing God's word, and resting from worldly travails.
(*) Exodus 23:12; Ezekiel 20:12 .
(*) Or, city.
(*) Genesis 2:2 .
Nothing really new here. But then in Exodus 31 the translators revealed a little more of what they thought. Please note “Afterward the LORD spake unto Moses, saying“. Note the gravity of God’s words to him:
I know it’s difficult to read, so these wonderful people did make it easier.
PLEASE NOTE point g.
God is so serious that he makes the point several times that it is a SIGN, those that defile it shall DIE, those that work on it shall be CUT OFF.
This is not an elementary threat and perhaps, if you consider our day and age, how apt the seventh church’s description is of being neither cold not hot.
Westminister Catechism
Here are Questions, Answers, and Proofs For The Westminister Shorter Catechism. It covers several core questions and also discusses the Sabbath several times. This is their argument as to which day it applies:
They argue that when Jesus rose, the Sabbath was changed to the first day of the week and then they provide 4 verses that justify that change. Let’s unpack that.
Records show that early Christians started to use Sunday as the day of rest. There are two main reason for this tradition:
There seem to have been discord between the Jews who gave Jesus up to be crucified and early Christians, especially since literal Israel and their main religious figures never acknowledges Jesus as the messiah. There is also evidence that early Jewish authorities persecuted Christians; and
Jesus rose from the dead on a Sunday.
This tradition stuck and thus the Disciples and Paul had their best opportunities to spread the Word on that day. It was at that time where a distinction was made between the the Sabbath and the Lord’s day.
The Eastern Orthodox Church maintained Saturday gatherings alongside Sunday ones for centuries. Constantine's Sunday law (321 AD) made Sunday a day of rest, but this was after Christians had already been meeting on Sundays for some time.
But from above, there is ZERO evidence that Jesus, the Disciples or Paul kept Sunday as the Sabbath.
There is only one verse in the bible that refers to the Lord’s day and that was written by John in Revelation 10:1. Remember that he seems to have been Jesus’ favorite (John 13:23, 20:2, 21:7, 21:20, 13:23, 19:26-27, Mark 9:2-8).
1 Cor 16:

Clear distinction is made between the Sabbath and the Lord’s day. Given historical record, the Christians started using Sunday given their relationship with the Jews.
Mark 2:

Jesus makes it clear that the Sabbath institution was never meant to be of hindrance. This does not justify a change.
Acts 20:
Here the authors note how the Jewish Sabbath was laid aside.

The Lord’s Day’s only reference which is Sunday.
None of these are evidence to justify that change and from above we know that none of the New Testament authors instituted that change. It is a tradition that started later.
Reformers and scientists
Herewith a lengthy list of reformers that kept the Sabbath:
Jesus Christ and his apostles (according to biblical accounts)
Early Christian communities (1st-3rd centuries CE)
Ethiopian Orthodox Church (until the 20th century)
Celtic Church (until 664 CE)
Waldensians (12th-16th centuries)
Martin Luther (1483-1546)
Transylvanian Sabbatarians (16th-17th centuries)
Andreas Karlstadt (Reformation leader)
Oswald Glait (Anabaptist leader)
Joseph Bates (Millerite and Adventist pioneer)
James and Ellen G. White (Seventh-day Adventist Church founders)
John Nevins Andrews (Adventist missionary and scholar)
Joseph Franklin Rutherford (early leader of Jehovah's Witnesses)
Herbert W. Armstrong (founder of Worldwide Church of God)

And scientists that kept the Sabbath:
Isaac Newton (1643-1727): While not openly Sabbatarian, some scholars believe Newton privately held Sabbatarian views based on his writings.
James Clerk Maxwell (1831-1879): A physicist known for his foundational work in electromagnetism, who was known to be deeply religious and held to a strict observance of the Sabbath.
Joseph Priestley (1733-1804): Chemist and theologian who discovered oxygen. He wrote in favor of Sabbath observance on Saturday.
Rachel Carson (1907-1964): Marine biologist and conservationist, author of "Silent Spring." She was raised in a Seventh-day Adventist family.
George Washington Carver (1864-1943): Renowned botanist and inventor. He was known to observe the Saturday Sabbath.
Ben Carson (1951-present): Neurosurgeon known for pioneering work in separating conjoined twins. He is a Seventh-day Adventist.
Wernher von Braun (1912-1977): Aerospace engineer and space architect. Later in life, he became a Seventh-day Adventist.
Edward Blyth (1810-1873): Zoologist and contributor to evolutionary theory. He was a Seventh Day Baptist.
Floyd Nolen Jones (1933-2019): Nuclear physicist and creationist who adhered to Saturday Sabbath observance.
Frank Lewis Marsh (1899-1992): Biologist and creationist, he was a Seventh-day Adventist.

Leonid Levin (b. 1948): A theoretical computer scientist known for his work on NP-completeness and algorithmic information theory, is a Seventh-day Adventist.
How will they motivate this law?
I cannot tell the future, but I suspect it will be unlikely that the US will amend the constitution. Above, the Supreme Court noted that Sunday Laws do not violate the constitution so there seems no need to do so. There will have to be remarkable events or conditions to justify implementing religious laws in the United States. Maybe they’ll abuse Executive Orders as they have the last few years.
They need to create the conditions where everyone would want to implement these laws. What conditions could lead to such a need? Seems very similar to the Covid lockdowns they tested a few years back.
It’s so ridiculously evil.
Jesus said that at the end of days, nature will have birth pains and that we will suffer wars and rumours of wars. We know that the dark side always abuses God’s laws and perverts His creation, so what better method is there to justify a religious law, by using… drum roll… creation itself through:
CLIMATE CHANGE!
Over here, I noted the illusion they propel, but that will be the final push. There are loads of evidence that they are manipulating the weather, from Direct Energy Weapons, to Chemtrails (or, more recently, cloud seeding), they are throwing everything at propelling this narrative.
I don’t plan to say more on this. You will find lots of literature.
(I suspect they’ll artificially create all sorts of disasters for us to believe the cause. Perhaps even the miracles the dragon will perform too.)
Visuals and quotes on the Sabbath
Here’s a few visuals:
What about literal Israel’s Sabbath?
The “Lord’s Day Alliance” publication stated: “Sunday has become the battleground upon which the future of the Christian Church may be decided.” —Lord’s Day Leader (now Sunday magazine), June, 1960, p. 15.
May 28, 2007 the Israel National News, Arutz Sheva stated the following: “Sabbath-Sunday Bill...Hillel Fende MK Zevulun Orlev (NRP)... proposed legislation making Sunday a day of rest... would change the official approach to Sabbath as the country’s day of rest...A survey...finds that 56% of the public support his initiative...Orlev said his bill was formulated with the help of leading religious-Zionist rabbis...
“MK Yitzchak Levy of the National Union party said the bill paves the way for further deterioration in the character of the Sabbath in the State of Israel.” —Arutz Sheva Israel National news.com May 28, 2007.
From the above there is push to perhaps change the Jewish Sabbath to the Sunday, but there is a technicality worthy of note.
The commandments and the testimony of Jesus Christ are linked. Revelation refers twice to the importance of this combination:
Revelation 12:17 "And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ."
Revelation 14:12 "Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus."
This seems to imply that by following the commandments and not having the testimony does not wroth the dragon. It has to be both. It thus seems that today’s literal Israel that complies with the commandments will be exempt from the dragon’s wroth since they are still awaiting their messiah. They do not testify of Jesus.
I then asked Claude to unpack this link.
Again, I stand in awe of what amazing technology this is. Please consider the elegance of point 6 and 7:
How will they prevent buying or selling?
According to Revelation 13:17, there will be a time that no one can buy or sell unless they have the mark:
Revelation 13:17 "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."
In order to execute this, there will have to be some sort of mechanism by which they can enforce behavior or limit freedom.
Two years ago, a bunch of Canadian truckers protested and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau decided to block their bank accounts.
At an individual level, Nigel Farage had his bank accounts frozen due to his views. Initially, media noted that he fell below the bank’s limits, but those rumours were dismissed and Reuters had to reverse their article.
To do this at scale will be more difficult.
We all know that several countries implemented a digital ID to restrict movements for those who refused the Gummi Berry juice.
The next possibility is Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) and the BIS noted that those will be programmable and here you can track its status across the globe.
Perhaps crypto currencies offer that opportunity. Maybe Bitcoin’s creator, Satoshi Nakamoto (aka: three letter agency) is sold to us to be the way out of the existing financial mess, but secretly is controlled opposition in disguise. Who knows?
Given technological developments the last few years, we seem to be at a stage where behavior can be enforced at scale.
Recap
It’s difficult to be comfortable with this, but the evidence is overwhelming:
The Bible records the hand AND head in relation with the Law and a logical analysis identifies the Sabbath;
The dragon has always attempted to usurp worship and God resents Sun worship;
Two different GPT approaches identifies the Sabbath;
Several Catholic and Protestant quotes confirm the change;
Change to Sunday was based on Pagan Rome’s Sun worship;
The dictionary is clear on which day is which;
The apostles and Paul and Jesus kept the Sabbath holy;
The fourth commandment is the only one that is unique to the God of creation;
The parallel with captive literal Israel in Egypt is astounding;
Tabernacle layout to the west goes against Sun worship;
Several Reformers and Protestants agree;
Secular developments support.
In my mind, this is a rather overwhelming list of evidences that is hard to refute and it took me a long time to accept it.
But what about all the Sunday keepers?
Indeed, this lies at the heart of the dilemma which I address here. Don’t be concerned, it’s ridiculously simple and intuitive.
whydoneit?
Why would they do this?
Through deception, usurp God’s worship and replace it with pagan Sun worship.
By the entity that hung our Saviour.
